Sofia’s been asking for this water slide for the last two weeks, and we finally got a hot enough day to try it out.

But I think we need more practice on it

Sofia tried to play ‘school’ with her Disney toys but out of nowhere, they started to misbehave so she had to get them back in order. In the end they listened.

Sofia and Eliah love fruit. Today we were having lunch at Bunica and Bunicu Ungur where we also ate some tasty grapes.

Sofia was a little bit upset yesterday because she didn’t get to wear a dress. Tata tried to convince her that her pants are beautiful anyways, but she wasn’t interested in hearing it so she decided to hide behind her purse so Tata can’t see her face…

Sofia, Mama and Tata put up alot of decals and stickers today, including one to measure height. That was the hardest one to put up. So many little bits and pieces…

Sofia was a very good helper today. She helped Tata build the crib for her baby sister, who is going to be born very soon. Sofia is very excited about ‘her new baby.’

Today Sofia spent time reading and browsing through her large book collection. It is good to see that she takes after her mom – an avid reader. Tata reads sometimes too, but unfortunately, not as as regularly as mama and Sofia. Keep it up Sofia!!!

Even though she is a big girl now, Sofia can still make some really good funny faces when she wants to. Check these ones out…

This morning Sofia woke me up asking me to get up quickly and start cooking with her. We spent a bit of time talking about what we should cook together and after we exhausted all options, including lady bugs, butterflies and cheese, I had to get myself out of bed and go cook something… Her smile was hard to resist.

Sofia and mama took advantage of a beautiful sunny day today and stopped by one or our favorite parks, the Sensory Garden in Redmond.

Sofia loves all the percussion instruments and water features that she gets to play with, and mama loves it because it’s small and easy to keep track of Sofia!
